Key design elements included polished concrete floors, raw steel features, and a distinctive floating round office on the first floor. A copper mesh feature and a large floating staircase further enhanced the industrial-inspired atmosphere. In the communal kitchen area, tables and furnishings were hand-crafted on site from reclaimed scaffold boards, adding character and sustainability to the finished space.
