Completed in 2016, this project saw the conversion of a former Church Army building on Call Lane into 40 high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, averaging 70m² each. Working alongside Den Architecture, we retained key original features within the building to preserve its character, while completely renovating the shell to suit modern living. Many of the apartments include en-suite bathrooms, and the layout was carefully designed to make the most of the existing structure. The development was featured in the Yorkshire Evening Post as one of the best building conversions in Leeds at the time—a project that successfully combined heritage with contemporary city living.
