The vision is really taking shape now at Chatsworth House Dental Clinic in Harrogate, where we are extending and remodelling the practice.
August: roof and rooflight
Good progress was made on the new cantilevered roof structure, and the rooflight above the new reception area was installed, bringing plenty of natural light into the space. In the basement, tanking works were progressing to prepare for the fit-out.
October: outside and in
Externally, preparation for the white render is complete and all of the windows are installed. With the aluminium fascias arriving, the new canopy feature will soon look much more complete.
Inside, attention has turned to the new surgeries. The basement tanking is finished, walls are being prepared for boarding and plastering, and the new internal partitions are going in, so the final layout is much easier to see.
Next steps
The render and aluminium flashing should be completed next, with plastering well underway inside. If you run a practice or business in Harrogate, Leeds or York and are planning an extension or refit, see our commercial projects or get in touch.
