In early 2026 we started work on a major extension and remodel at Chatsworth House Dental Clinic in Harrogate. The project adds space for patients and staff while keeping the clinic's existing street frontage.
What we are building
- A two-storey extension to the rear
- A new entrance with steps from the rear and side elevation
- A plant room for dental equipment
- Two new surgeries and a waiting area in the basement
- The front elevation retained as existing
Progress so far
By late January the groundworks were well underway and it was already clear how the new work would tie into the existing building.
Despite challenging weather, the foundations and groundworks were complete by February and the new extension had started to rise out of the ground.
Building for clinics and practices
Medical and dental buildings bring their own challenges: specialist plant, careful sequencing and a finished building that has to work for patients from day one.
